Welcome to Period rediscovered!
WomEnpowered International (WE Int.)* is launching Period rediscovered.: a six-part discussion series to create a space where our members and their friends can learn more about menstruation. The series will happen from March to August 2021, with one session per month.
In the fourth session, on 26 June 2021 6pm JST, will discuss the effects of lifestyle and nutrition on menstruation. Dr Sonia Tsukagoshi will give us an insight into this topic. There will be time to ask and answer all your questions.
This series is open to WE Int. members and their friends (men included). We encourage you to join all sessions as much as possible to get a full understanding of menstruation.
